In recent years, the hospital has been exploring ways to improve patient experience through digital solutions. One of the key areas they identified was the need to enhance their appointment booking process and provide 24*7 chat support for their patients.
Prior to this, patients had to call during business hours to schedule an appointment or obtain medical advice. This resulted in long phone lines and made it difficult for patients to schedule appointments when they were needed. Furthermore, patients frequently forgot their appointment dates and times, resulting in missed appointments, increased hospital costs, and decreased patient satisfaction.
